N.B. BCCC Bylaws: “A quorum is necessary at any Coalition meeting that involves approving expenditure of funds. A quorum is defined as at least two (2) of the elected officers and at least four (4) of the other members of the Board of Directors. A majority of the Board of Directors in office shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at the Coalition’s annual meeting.” (Strictly speaking, a quorum is very probably necessary for any formal BCCC meeting.)
